Responsibilities
Required to manage and supervise all activities involved in and related to the planning, design, purchase, construction, installation and start-up of international stations. Performance of these duties and responsibilities shall give special emphasis to scope definition, cost control, forecasting, schedule compliance and shall include appropriate direction/leadership, coordination, monitoring and reporting for all aspects of the projects design and construction. Duties further require the preparation, coordination and presentation of oral and written reports.
Qualifications
• 3 years of construction project management experience. 5 years preferred. Airport experience is preferred.
• BA or BS degree, Masters in Construction Management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate progress to Senior Management.
• Construction or architectural experience preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
