Responsibilities

Process and track local station invoices; including approvals, coding and other division allocations. Review invoices and supporting documentation, questioning vendors or operations personnel to ensure correct billing. Responsible for paying invoices on purchase card and reconciling purchase card monthly. Create monthly estimates for financial close from invoices paid. Assist Sr. Financial Analyst in charging back other airlines billing using A-14 forms. Perform analysis of vendor history and trends and contract compliance. Perform special projects for Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

BA in accounting or finance or HS diploma/GED and minimum two years experience in an accounts payable/accounting department. Demonstrated ability to work in self-paced environment with little direct supervision. Motivated team-player with great attitude. Desire to work with operational areas as the finance and accounting support person. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
