Responsibilities

Provide the fiscal management necessary to meet and comply with annual budgetary guidelines and the financial controls associated with the operation of a flight kitchen. Responsible for supervision, staffing, attendance, training, and direction of accounting personnel. Responsible for payroll, accounts payable, meal and menu costing, financial and statistical reporting. Responsible for the month end close and related financial reporting. Annual expense budget preparation and analysis; Capital budgeting and project analysis and justification. Ensure implementation and compliance with corporate policies, procedures and controls. Provide senior leadership and corporate management information to ensure the most cost effective operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational, communication and planning skills. Experience monitoring and enforcing financial controls. Ability to work under pressure, handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Demonstrated proficiency in PC skills and financial software. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
