Responsibilities

Handle all incoming telephone calls. Process booking request. Perform computer entries in CARGOTRAC. Monitor forecast load for the CDG flights and take pro-active decisions to optimize our capacities. Coordinate space opportunities across Europe. Handle all customer complaints including necessary corrective action. Liaise with the operations and sales team. Follow-up with the cargo operations.

Qualifications

Strong telephone sales skills. Must be a good team player. Previous experience in cargo business will be a 'plus'. Working knowledge of MS Office/Word-EXCEL. Baccalaureate level minimum. Fluent in both English and French (Reading, Writing, Speaking). Must be legally authorized to work in France for any employer without sponsorship.
