Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to, contacting credit card companies and cardholders to verify possible fraud transactions queued from positive and negative profile databases. Suspend/Revoke travel in reservation when it is determined to be fraudulent. Work with Corporate Security to prevent fraudulent travel.

Qualifications

SHARES/EZR (Reservation/Ticket Counter) knowledge needed. Must be highly motivated and able to work with little supervision. Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills required. Must have good judgment skills. Some Excel and Word knowledge helpful. Must be a team player. Good attendance mandatory. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
