Responsibilities

Preparation of forecast and close packages including detailed variance explanations. Monthly accrual analysis and posting of journal entries. Quarterly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Annual Budget preparation. Regular communication with headquarters staff and kitchen controllers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Ad hoc and trend analysis. Development of action plans for cost controls. Preparation and execution of kitchen audits. Some travel required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience required. CPA preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Proficiency with OFA (Oracle Finance Analyzer). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Manage numerous competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment. Audit experience helpful. Ability to work overtime when needed. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
