Responsibilities

Provide customers with flight check-in tatus, seat assignments, future reservations, and Presidents Club product information while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. Remain current with clubroom & airport procedures as well as all Presidents Club Marketing promotions and partners that have access to the clubroom. Reserve & charge customers for Conference rooms,. Process shower requests. Check out lockers/videos/wireless cards & other items for the customer. Actively promote and process membership sales, Day Passes, OnePass enrollments. Must demonstrate leadership qualities, peer respect, and the ability to interface with high level Continental and partner airline customers effectively. Offer customer assistance with personal concierge-style approach. Attend required staff meetings, conferences, training sessions as required by Marketing & Airport Services. Monitor and maintain clubroom appearance, ensure they are clean, organized and all equipment is operational. Resolve difficult situations in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Reservations or Customer Service experience, in the airline industry, a must. Airport Sales Agent Qualified - preferred. Solid working knowledge of Shares, ACI, Ticketing and Fares, E-Ticket, Interline E-Ticket, Contact of Carriage, OnePass, PC. - preferred. For external applicants, solid working knowledge of airport ticketing systems a must. Outstanding customer service and communications skills. Professional appearance. Ability to work with team members or independently, as well as to work and communicate with a variety of vendor employees. Ability to make sound judgment calls, and resolve difficult situations on your own. Internal Applicants must have an attendance account balance of 4 points or more. External Applicants must have excellent attendance at their present place of employment. Must be flexible to work any shift during a 24/7 work week including nights, weekends and holidays. Flexible to work any shift and willingness to accept additional responsibilities. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
