Responsibilities

Coordinate daily flight activity between all Operating Departments at PBI. Communicate all daily changes to the flight schedule to all affected Operating Departments to facilitate ON-Time Performance. Ensure that all necessary services are completed for all departures, if not; find solutions to operate ON-Time. Must be able to professionally communicate via air-to-ground radio, ground to ground radio and telephone simultaneously. Must be familiar with and be able to deal with the intricacies of the PBI Operation.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years in Continental's Field Service Division with emphasis on Operations Position requires a 'self-starter' who must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Must have analytical skills and be a problem solver Must be competent with a PC and be able to use multiple computer applications at same time (including FOMS/SHARES. Must be able to perform the essential functions for the position. Must successfully complete all required background checks and obtain all required airport badges. Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal service clearances. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
