Responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of network and IDS/IPS information. Security event/log monitoring, analysis, reporting, and alerting. Identifying and investigating suspicious/malicious activities related to the unauthorized/inappropriate use of information, information resources, and policy violations. Identifying and tracking of malicious code. Coordinating teams for response to security incidents. Documenting incident resolutions and communicating with all appropriate parties.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related field, such as other formal training in computer forensics, and information security is required. Experience on system, network or application security is preferred. Understanding of Unix and Windows systems security (position 1) Familiarity with various Information Security frameworks and best practices Exemplary. Written and verbal communication skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
