About Charter Staffing LLC A&P Mechanic I & II (Airframe)

Principle Responsibilities:
•Performing routine maintenance and major inspections on turbofan and turboprop powered aircraft.
•Trouble-shooting, repair, and modification of aircraft components and engines are accomplished by this position.
•Engine removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs.
•Using sound judgment and technical aptitude to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence and techniques, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution.
•Technically competent on assigned aircraft/engines
•Requires minimal supervision for the vast majority of his/her duties.
•At those facilities where the Senior Technician job title is not in use, the A&P Mechanic II may be assigned to lead projects based on expertise, and he/she coaches and oversees the activities of the A&P Mechanic I, providing guidance and instruction on proper mechanical procedures and techniques.
•Customer satisfaction hinges upon sound decisions and expedient action on the part of A&P mechanics.
Valid A&P license
•A&P II: 3-5 years turbofan engine experience (including assembly and disassembly)
•Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with aviation training
Corporate Jet experience
•Willing to travel as required
